To add an email account to your iPhone or iPad:

  • Tap Settings
  • Tap Accounts & Passwords
  • Tap Add Account
  • Tap Exchange
  • Type your full email address
  • Enter any phrase in the Description field to identify the account
  • Tap Next
  • Tap Sign In
  • If prompted, tap Work or school account
  • Type your email password
  • Tap Sign In
  • Make sure all items you use are turned on. (Mail, Contacts, Calendars, etc)

If the account shows green check marks, you are good to go.  It may take a few minutes for emails to start showing up.
